Overview of the machine

Various parameters are adjustable, and all actions can be manually controlled on the HMI with real-time feedback.
The device supports both double-sided and single-sided film application.
The vertical design saves space, and vertical-to-vertical glass transfer is labor-saving and safe.
The operation interface/debugging features manual, automatic, and pause functions; there is a second-level password for operation/maintenance (operators cannot adjust parameters).
The protective film is designed with layers, allowing for flexible film size combinations and reducing film costs.
The film is cut using a rolling blade with automatic pressure control to prevent scratches on the glas

Features and advantages

The machine has three functions: double-sided laminating, film cutting and automatic film cutting. The film cutting directions are up, left and right. It is equipped with a heating wire, which automatically cuts the film, making the film cutting more thorough and efficient.

The whole machine can coat glass of different thicknesses, with the minimum glass thickness being 4mm and the maximum being 55mm.
