2. We encourage customers to become partner or distributor of PINHE company. We also support OEM/ODM as customers required:

2.1 Regular insulating glass production equipment, can customize specific logos and appearance colors, etc.

Normally for regular items, company requests 30% prepayment and balanced before delivery.

For customized items, 50% prepayment then balanced before delivery.

5. Factory will start producing after received prepayment, and the producing process will need about 15~45 workdays, according to order QTY and factory producing plan.

6. Will keep updating about the process, send photos and videos when finished, then customer pay the balanced payment.

7. Company will arrange delivery(mostly by sea or by truck) after received full payment. Normally we will deliver from Qingdao Port if by sea, can also arrange other sea ports if needed.

8. Send shipping documents to customers, and assist customs clearance.

9. On-site installing and training if needed.
