OUR PRODUCTION
PROCESS
Machining Center
In this stage, we use advanced machining centers to precisely cut, shape, and drill various components needed for the insulating glass production line. High precision ensures each part meets strict standards and functions seamlessly.
Milling Center
The milled components undergo further processing to refine their shapes and ensure exact measurements. This step enhances the fit and alignment of each part, which is critical for the high-quality assembly of our machines.
Painting
After machining, each part is painted to enhance durability and appearance. Our painting process includes applying protective coatings that shield the components from corrosion and environmental factors, ensuring long-lasting performance.
Assembling
In the assembling stage, all parts are systematically put together to create a complete insulating glass production line. Our team follows rigorous assembly protocols to ensure that each machine functions efficiently and reliably
Inspecting
Each machine undergoes a thorough inspection before shipment. Our quality control team checks for any defects or issues, ensuring that every piece of equipment meets our high standards of performance and quality.
Inner Packing
Additional inner packing is applied to further protect delicate components and prevent any internal movement. Multi-layer protection ensures the machine arrives in pristine condition.
LCL Wooden Case
For less-than-container load (LCL) shipments, each machine is packed in a sturdy wooden case with reinforced bases. This packing method provides added protection, minimizing the risk of damage during transit.
Loading Container
For full container load (FCL) shipments, the assembled machines are carefully loaded into containers. We secure each part to prevent any movement during transportation, safeguarding the equipment from potential damage.
