4、Washing machine body is made of thickened stainless steel. The components and screws of the parts in contact with water are all made of stainless steel or waterproof aluminum. The bottom adopts double-layer stainless steel structure, which will not rust after long-term use and is easy to maintain.
5、The washing section uses three sets of 1010 nylon soft brushes and four sets of water nozzles, which are divided into two parts by a vertical stainless steel panel, which not only ensures that the coating is not scratched, but also achieves the best cleaning effect

6、Each set of brushes is controlled by an independent motor and is equipped with a ladder for easy maintenance.
7、The stainless steel water tank adopts zone washing and three-level glass washing. Dirty water and clean water are not mixed, and the glass is washed more cleanly. The water heating function can be turned on at low temperatures, and the water temperature is automatically adjusted according to the temperature control.
8、The drying section adopts high-power, high-pressure fan with air heating function. Stainless steel wind knife provides low noise and fast drying speed. The unique circulating air design makes the glass drying system energy-efficient and low-noise. The fan operates intermittently and automatically runs at no load when there is no glass.
9、The drying section is equipped with sound insulation sponge to insulate and reduce noise, and there is a sound insulation board at the outlet to block wind and reduce noise.
10、Glass detector on bottom of drying section, if the glass stops in machine, machine will not continue working.
11、The aluminum frame assembly section lighting inspection uses a black background plate, which is not easy to hurt the workers’ eyes and is convenient for checking stains on the glass; there is a door on the back for easy maintenance or cleaning of the glass

14、The automatic panel flat pressing section (inside panel gas-filling ) adopts ball screw nut pair pressing and linear guide rail guidance to ensure that the glass is pressed evenly without breaking.
15、Argon gas will be filled into the glass unit from bottom, and both left and right sides of the glass unit will be well sealed during fill process, the efficiency is high and also saving gas.After enough time filling,its efficiency can up to 95%.
16、Glass size detectors at the beginning, then the machine open certain numbers of gas nozzles. Gas nozzles which are not open will not release argon, to avoid waste of argon gas and save cost.
17、Automatically detect the pressure of argon gas and alarm when the pressure is low.
18、The automatic production line is fully functional, with functions such as double-glass, triple-glass, special-shaped, external panel pressing, internal panel pressing, and internal panel gas-filling.
19、The whole machine is made of thickened steel, with a dense structure and multiple inclined column supports, which makes the machine more durable and will not deform after long-term use
