Overview of the whole machine
1. This Insulating Glass Production Line Machine, also known as hollow glass producing machine, adopts the world-leading Swiss Bystronic technology.
2. The whole production line adopts imported PLC and imported top brand frequency converter plus Korean Autonics sensor.
3. The whole machine adopts international brand frequency converter, each section is reasonably conveyed, and efficient production.
4. Two sets of independent programs for internal and external combination can be selected, both can produce two-layer and three-layer insulating glass.
5. All reducers of the Insulating Glass Production Line machine is made of precision cast aluminum, and the turbine is cast tin bronze material.
6. All bearings are all-steel bearings, which rotate flexibly and without noise.
7. All conveying shafts of the Insulating Glass Production Line machine are processed by grinders to ensure the accuracy of the shafts, and are equipped with high-quality bearings, so the glass runs smoothly and at high speed.
8. The conveying wheel is made of polyurethane material, which is wear-resistant and low-noise.
