Overview of the machine

The glass washing machine is used for cleaning and drying the upper and lower surfaces of ordinary flat glass and high-quality LOW-E glass. It consists of an input section, a cleaning section, an air drying section, and an output section.

Features and advantages

1、It is equipped with an automatic identification device for LOW-E and laminated glass, which can automatically identify the front and back of LOW-E and metal coated glass to avoid damage to the film layer.

2、The washing machine body is made of thickened stainless steel. Machine box 3mm, bottom 8mm and top 10mm. The components and screws of the parts in contact with water are all made of stainless steel or waterproof aluminum. They will not rust after long-term use and are easy to maintain.

3、The washing machine adopts upper transmission (keep transmission system away from water) and double-layer structure(no holes on bottom plate), to avoid aging and leakage of the washing box and is easy to maintain.

4、The washing section uses three sets of 1010 nylon soft brushes and four sets of water nozzles, which are divided into two parts by a vertical stainless steel panel, which not only ensures that the coating is not scratched, but also achieves the best cleaning effect.

5、Each set of brushes is controlled by an independent motor and is equipped with a ladder for easy maintenance.

6、The stainless steel water tank adopts zone washing and double-level glass washing. Dirty water and clean water are not mixed, and the glass is washed more cleanly. The water heating function can be turned on at low temperatures, and the water temperature is automatically adjusted according to the temperature control

7、The drying section adopts a high-power, high-pressure fan with air heating. Stainless steel air knives provide low noise and high drying speeds. The unique circulating air design makes the glass drying system energy-efficient and low-noise. The fan operates intermittently and automatically runs at no load when there is no glass.

8、The drying section is equipped with sound insulation sponge to insulate and reduce noise, and there is a sound insulation board at the outlet to block wind and reduce noise.

9、 A glass detector is provided at the bottom of the drying section, if the glass stops in the machine, the machine will not continue to work.
