Filling under closed conditions solves the problem of water vapor absorption failure of desiccant, and improves efficiency and service life of insulating glass.

Punching, filling and automatic sealing in the middle of the back of aluminum strip.

Can be filled with automatic bending aluminum frame and ordinary straight angle aluminum frame.

The filling height can be adjusted according to the size of aluminum frame.

Features and advantages

The filling machine's main frame is welded steel, and the auxiliary frame is connected to the main frame with bolts. The remaining parts are precision machined, galvanized, and then installed on the main and auxiliary frames.

The execution, recovery and action sequence of each station are completely controlled by the PLC program, which is easy to operate and highly efficient.
