Overview of the whole machine

1. All frames of the automatic gas filled insulating glass production line are welded with thick profiles and have high structural strength. The aluminum bar assembly section adopts an aluminum profile hollow structure for easy inspection.

2. The automatic gas filled insulating glass production line is fully functional, with functions such as two layer glass, three layer glass, special-shaped, step glass, outer panel pressing, inner panel pressing, and in-panel gas filling.

3. Loading section:

The loading section of Pinhe automatic gas filled insulating glass production line is equipped with a coating detection device, which can detect the film layer(like low-e film) reliably and prevent damage to the film layer.

4. The washing and drying section:

The whole washing section of automatic gas filled insulating glass production line are welded with stainless steel materials. The upper and lower top plates are made of 8mm thick stainless steel plates. 3 pairs of soft brushes are all made of Nylon 1010 material, controled by 3 independent motors. The high-power high-pressure fan and stainless steel wind knife adopted to automatic gas filled insulating glass production line, which has low noise and fast air drying speed. The fan runs intermittently and automatically runs at no-load when there is no glass.

5. Aluminum spacer installing section:

Adjustable spacer distance positioning spring valves on the bottom and side of the automatic gas filled insulating glass production line, convenient in operation. Spacer distance and depth can easily be adjusted by the hand wheels on bottom.

6. External press section:

6.1 There are two functions for this automatic gas filled insulating glass production line machine:

When making argon filled glass unit, it will be assembled inside the panel after filling gas;
When making normal glass unit no need to fill gas, can be pressed outside the panel, then the working efficiency will be higher.

6.2 Glass positioning block and press wheel adopted in this section, to guarantee the glass sheets being pressed in right position.

7. Gas filling and panel press section: Theautomatic gas filled insulating glass production line fill argon gas and finally press the glass unit at this section

7.1 Glass size detectors at the beginning, then the machine open certain numbers of gas nozzles. Gas nozzles which are not open will not release argon, to avoid waste of argon gas and save cost.

7.2 Argon gas will be filled into the glass unit from bottom, and both left and right sides of the glass unit will be well sealed during fill process, the efficiency is high and also saving gas.

7.3 Thisautomatic gas filled insulating glass production line automatically detect the pressure of argon gas and alarm when the pressure is low.
