Overview of the whole machine

ThisButyl Machine Extruder for Insulating Glass is used for coating butyl sealant to both sides of spacer, in order to paste spacer to the glass sheets, to achieve the primary sealing of insulating glass.

1. The Butyl Machine Extruder for Insulating Glass overall structure is modular, with low failure rate and easy maintenance.

2. Adopts advanced gas-liquid boosting technology, in order to maintain stable glue output performance.

3. Imported temperature control module, high precision, stable temperature, uniform glue output.

4. Five-level variable speed adjustable transmission speed (5-55M/Min).

5. The width of the glue nozzle can be automatically sensed and quickly positioned.

6. The large-capacity glue barrel of the Butyl Machine Extruder for Insulating Glass can hold two pieces of glue, and the maximum glue loading capacity is 14KG. It is a necessary primary sealing machine for insulating glass.

7. The swing-out glue barrel is convenient and quick to load glue.

8. The Butyl Machine Extruder for Insulating Glass can start the machine and heat it at a fixed time, to save the waiting time for heating.

9. The oil pump adopts a voltage stabilizing device to ensure stable and continuous glue output.

10. The glue nozzle fine-turning adopts a hand-turned valve structure, which is convenient for workers to operate, and the widest spacer width can be 32mm.

11. The stainless steel operating table ensures that the machine is neat and easy to clean.

12. The five-speed independent parameters are adopted to automatically match the glue output parameters according to the speed.

13.Butyl Machine Extruder for Insulating Glass coats the aluminum spacer with butyl 6.6 grams per meter (double-sided) and 3.3 grams per side. The glue is evenly applied, full and glue-saving.

14. The high-temperature resistant sealing design is adopted on the Butyl Machine Extruder for Insulating Glass, to solve the problem of glue leakage in the butyl extruder coating machine.
